The Kandiyohi County Health and Wellness Collaborative brings together community members, organizations, and local leaders to strengthen health and wellness across Kandiyohi County. All are welcome to attend, learn, and contribute.

Meetings are held every other month on the second Thursday, from 2:30 to 4:00 PM.
