Join Willmar Lakes Area Vision 2040 for the 3rd Annual Willmar Martin Luther King Jr. Event on Monday, January 19, 2026. This free community gathering is an opportunity to reflect on Dr. King’s legacy, celebrate progress in the journey for civil rights, and engage in meaningful dialogue on equity and justice.

Keynote Speaker: Duchesne Drew, Senior Vice President at American Public Media Group and President of Minnesota Public Radio, will share an inspirational message on Dr. King’s legacy. The program will also feature students from Willmar Senior High School.
